Workshop Menu

Decolonizing Theatre Basics

This workshop examines the nuances of colonization (classic, settler, & neocolonialism) and how they intersect with how we live and work. P.S. We created some dope animated videos you’ll wanna see.

Consensus Decision Making

This interactive workshop is rooted in an Indigenous cultural practice and takes participants through a consensus decision making process in real time. No lecturing. No powerpoints. We just gonna do it. Buckle up.

Climate Justice + Theatre-Making

What does making theatre in a climate-just world look like? Inspired by a Parks & Rec episode, participants will rehearse a just future where theater-making exists according to the values of a climate-just future, and builds strategies and capacities for theatre-making today. Plus, it’s fun.

Does one (or all?) of these workshops interesting to you?
We offer these periodically for individuals, or custom-made for organizations.

Intake Form

We’re so psyched that your org is ready to shape a more just future. We choose our projects carefully, so if you are looking for justice-based trainers/facilitators/coaches/consultants (which we are), please be clear about:

☑️ Why are you looking for support on these topics (right now)?
☑️ What your expectations are? In other words, what would you like accomplished through an engagement?
☑️ On what timeline? What budget? And who at your org will be involved?

Our experience is that the urgency of needing a solution + not having a clear connection to WHY you want to engage in this work = not great results. We encourage you to move forward intentionally and thoughtfully in order to ensure that your efforts are effective and long-lasting. Please fill out the form below and we will respond to you at our earliest convenience. Looking forward to working with you.

This form is inspired by our friends at Project Inkblot: a group of designers and futurists who partner with companies to build equitable products, services and content, using Design for Diversity™. Check them out!

Thank you! Your submission has been received!
